Tactical Unit : Comrades in Arms is the story of Police Tactical Unit (PTU) squads in their daily duties against the criminals and the rivalry between the units. Although unrelated, except for the characters, the film is a follow up to Johnnie To’s award winning P.T.U. . Accordingly, J-To is also the producer of this film that is directed by Law Wing Cheong (Election 1 , Election 2). Starring Simon Yam and Maggie Siu.

Tactical Unit Column Sergeants Wah and Maggie have been working together for awhile but have never seen eye to eye. Maggie, who consistently impresses her supervisors, is promoted. Wah, on the other hand, is overlooked, and shut out of a chance for promotion. As a result, their team’s morale drops, until a bank heist takes the tactical unit to Hong Kong’s remote mountains in search of a gang of armed bandits. As Wah and Maggie lead their team in search of the bandits through treacherous terrain and deadly ambushes, they understand the only way to survive, will be if they work as one unit.. – - ~ koreanfilm.or.kr
